Welcome to Albatross golf simulators! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our facilities and services. By using our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Albatross simulators if you do not accept all the terms and conditions stated on this page.

General

1.1. These terms and conditions govern the use of Albatross golf simulators, and all services provided within the facility

1.2. Patrons are expected to use the facility and equipment responsibly, following all safety guidelines and rules provided.

Booking and Reservations

2.1. Bookings can be made online through our website, over the phone through the facility, or in-person at the facility.

2.2. The initial booking fee is required at the time of booking.

2.3. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for the full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking.

Equipment and Use

3.1. Patrons are responsible for using the simulators in a safe and respectful manner. Any damage caused due to misuse will be the responsibility of the patron.

3.2. Only non-marking shoes are permitted in the facility. No spikes are allowed.

3.3. Patrons may bring their own clubs, please make sure the clubs are clean and free of dirt and debris. Club rentals will be available to the patrons for those who don’t have their own. 3.4. Please use the golf balls provided from Albatross. No outside golf balls are permitted to ensure that frayed (cuts or slits on outside) or marked (markers or sharpies) balls cannot damage the screens. If a patron notices a golf ball is marked up or frayed, please bring them to the receptionist immediately. We will ensure that you have appropriate golf balls to use.

Conduct and Safety

4.1. First time patrons are required to attend a safety briefing before using the simulators.

4.2. We ask patrons to start gathering their belongings and start preparing to finish in the last 5 minutes of their booking, simply out of respect for the people playing after you.

4.3. Any form of illegal substances is strictly prohibited in and around the facility.

4.4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside of the building. Please step outside of the back door and smoke there. We have an appropriate cigarette disposal for you out back. We ask that patrons do not smoke in front of the building on Main Street.

Video Surveillance

5.1. Patrons will be under surveillance and recording. This is to ensure the safety of others and our facility.

5.2. Albatross will never use the information gathered from the surveillance system for anything other than security and legal purposes.

Liability

6.1. Patrons acknowledge that they are participating in activities at their own risk and release Albatross is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during their visit.

6.2. We recommend that patrons have their own personal liability insurance.

6.3. Participant acknowledges and agrees that he or she understands the nature and purpose of Albatross Golf Sims facility. Participant acknowledges and agrees that (1) there may be certain inherent risks, dangers, or injuries associated with the game of golf and the use of Albatross Golf Sims facility and (2) he or she knowingly and voluntarily accepts and assumes any-and-all risks, dangers, or injuries that might arise from or during participant’s use of Albatross Golf Sims facility. Participant agrees to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Albatross Golf Sims or any Albatross Golf Sims employee or agent from any  liability resulting from personal injury, accident, or property loss, however, caused, arising from, or related to, participant’s use of Albatross Golf Sims facility. Participant agrees that,in the event that a court of competent jurisdiction declares any provision of the foregoing to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

Privacy Policy

7.1. We may collect personal information for booking and marketing purposes. We will not share or sell this information to third parties.

7.2. We take measures to secure your personal information and ensure it is not misused.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

8.1. Albatross reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Patrons will be notified of any changes.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our services.
